  • How to use the coffee machine?

    See here for instructions. 

  • How to use bedroom tv?

    Switch on using the large black remote. This remote is also used or valume control. 


    Switch on Now TV using smaller remote. All TV is through the Now TV box. 

  • How to use living room tv?

    Switch on using the large black remote. This remote is also used or valume control. 


    Switch on Apple TV using smaller remote. All TV is through the Apple TV box. 

  • How to use the heating?

    The heating is pre-set for your comfort. 


    If you want to boost the heating at any time, just use the plus button on the control panel (which we keep on the kitchen window). To turn the heating down, please use the minus button. 


    We use gas cylinders (as there is no mains gas). We regularly monitor the level of the cylinders, but if you have any issue please do call us to come and assist.

  • How to use hot water?

    Hot water is not stored, it is heated by the boiler as it is used. it may therefore take a few moments for the water to heat up. 

  • How to use the electric gate

    Use the gate buzzer with your key. Press the top button once to open. Press the same button again to close. You may need to hold the button for 1 or 2 secconds. 


    The gates will automatically close after 60 seconds.
